So! September 16th is POW/MIA Recognition Day!
Seems like a holiday like this would have a lot of potential for some interesting stories. Whether your character has been caught behind enemy lines, or lost someone in the heat of battle or is struggling with letting someone in their life go without the closure that most people get, there's a story there.
is a little bit more about the holiday.) Just make sure your header isn't MIA...

; what else is new? I swear I'll stop writing scenes where Nicholas brush his teeth. Probably.
Next time, it'll be Adrien's turn to brush his teeth!Bonus: Toddler Nicholas' last frontier

Unbeta-ed as of yet, please do point out jarring SpaG and/or continuity errors. Writing that last scene was hard. Hopefully it flows/reads okay. I wish we have a U.S. pickery comm. like britpickery and hp_britglish =( Would make my life easier.

They say it is the best part of fighting!
Or maybe this is a different sort of makeup fic, with a little rouge and lipstick, or the white-face makeup of a mime or clown. Kissing must be very tricky with all that on... sneaking a peck in the wings of the bigtop, anyone? Headings all around or you'll owe me a kiss!
Or a bagel. I could still go for a good bagel...
What is a Medical Dosimentrist? I wondered the very same thing. Turns out
they are really important!
I was most intrigued by the suggestions for how to celebrate Medical Dosimetrist's Day:
- Host a reception for hospital/facility staff in the medical dosimetry department. Invite them to see what you do! (Offering some type of food – ice cream, bagels, coffee, cookies, etc – provides an additional incentive for people to stop by!). Or maybe you could bring in a massage therapist to provide chair massages to your colleagues on National Medical Dosimetrist's Day!
There were other suggestions, but a massage party with bagels sounds like the way to go to me. Cancer treatment might not seem particularly romantic, but you just never know where romance might bloom. Have you hugged your medical dosimetrist today? Anyone who brings me a delicious bagel with cream cheese is exempt from headers forever
